    In the present work, the Risicar method was implemented for the management of strategic risks in an infrastructure construction company in Medellín -- The information was collected through semi-structured interviews with the manager and the directives of the company, being the strategic planning, the mission, the vision, the process map and the characterization of the processes the main inputs of information required to carry out the stages of identification, qualification, evaluation, control and monitoring of its strategic risks -- To achieve the objective, a qualitative research approach with descriptive scope was used -- The case under study is the company Estyma, Estudios y Manejos S. A. -- The data collection was done with semi-structured interviews, in order to carry out a process that allowed knowing, through the experience of experts, the main strategic risks of the company that could affect its usefulness and business continuity -- The case study company did not have a structured risk management method, which is why the Board of Directors and management endorsed the exercise carried out, aware of the importance of initiating a risk management process to minimize losses that could be caused
