    In 2012, Grupo Nutresa S.A. set a strategic objective of maintaining a Growing Generation of Value for the period 2012-2020 -- This study analyzes how the company has achieved this objective until 2017 and the perspectives of compliance with the strategic financial objectives to 2020 -- Between 2012 and 2017, real financial information is used -- The financial position of the company is then projected after 2018 -- The financial model allows analyzing the fulfillment of the 2020 objectives -- An analysis is also presented that isolates the effect of the company's inorganic growth (mergers and acquisitions made up to 2017) in the fulfillment of strategic financial objectives -- The results of the analysis indicate that the company only achieves compliance with the Ebitda margin and does not achieve the ROIC, nor the total organic sales (without mergers and acquisitions), nor the international sales

    Corporate governance should be transformed into a primary agenda issue to companies in Colombia -- This work aims to evaluate the financial impact of the corporate governance program in the Grupo Nutresa, based on a financial analysis of the company's historical results, its annual reports, as well as the analysis of the composition of the board of Directors, the policies of its corporate structure and the behavior from the Corporate Governance index -- To this end, collect in different media sources such as the Superintendencia de Sociedades and Superintendecia Finaciera de Colombia (National Supervision entities), websites of companies and all public information that can be obtained by legal means -- The analysis of financial information, the conformation of the Board of Directors and the analysis of the value proposition allows to find the relationship between the implementation of corporate governments and financial returns
