One of these institutions corresponds to the economic balance of the contract, which is one of the problems widely discussed in court and, therefore, of great illustrative relevance to demonstrate the complexity of the duality of contractual regimes in Colombia. Given these difficulties, it is important to identify how the economic balance of services is restored in contracts concluded by entities with an excepted regime
