Due to the complexity of this phenomenon, it is very difficult to create a general concept of internationalization process. In line with the strategy of Group Antioquia Exporta Más, an evaluation was made in order to examine the viability and, specifically, the applicability in the selected sector and company. From this selection, the internationalization project of the company Boydorr Nutrition S. A. S. was developed, this company is dedicated to the development of specialized nutritional solutions. Objective: design an export plan for the Boydorr Nutrition company and establish a country as a starting point to enter an expanded market. Method: the methodology defined for the design of exporting plans was applied, consisting of four phases that include: the diagnosis of the company with its capabilities for internationalization, in which its export potential was evaluated, to then pass through all a process of analyzing potential markets for the selection of the target market, followed by the specific analysis of the product to be exported in the chosen market to, finally, define the export strategies.
