Ítem Análisis a la implementación de la tecnología blockchain en Colombia y presentación caso de estudio Estonia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Padilla Acevedo, Valentina; Ramírez Gómez, Mauricio AndrésÍtem Estudio de prefactibilidad para el montaje de una empresa dedicada a fabricar y comercializar cerveza artesanal en la ciudad de Pereira(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Restrepo Muñoz, Jason; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Uribe Ochoa, Beatriz AmparoThe present degree project aims to determine the pre-feasibility of setting up a craft brewery in the city of Pereira by means of environmental, market, technical, legal, organizational and economic studies. It should be borne in mind that it is initially the market study that determines whether the project has an initial viability in relation to the calculated demand that may arise in the city of Pereira and finally the financial study that determines the final viability and under what scenarios it is possible to undertake the project so that it may be economically viable. The project that is documented arises with the purpose of providing the Pereiran population with high quality beers, with unique and differentiating flavors and endearing aromas that are not easily found in the Pereiran market with a local seal. The aim is to promote a culture around handcrafted beer by differentiating the production of industrial beer produced by Bavaria with its different brands, which cover almost the entire national market.Ítem Fuentes de Energía Renovable, Recursos Energéticos Distribuidos y Almacenamiento en Colombia: una revisión de la normatividad(Universidad EAFIT, 2020-01-18) Garcia Rendón, John Jairo; Gutiérrez Gómez, Alejandro; Universidad EAFIT; ISA – Interconexión Eléctrica S.A.; jgarcia@eafit.edu.coThis paper presents the regulations on non-conventional energy resources, distributed energy resources and electricity energy storage in Colombia. Law 1715 of 2014 is the great driving force behind the development of the trends we observe today in renewable energy and energy efficiency. This law, by lifting the restriction on the sale of energy to self-producers and establishing in a single regulation the guidelines for the promotion of clean energy, the participation of consumers in the market and the implementation of mechanisms that will make it possible to develop energy efficiency, constitutes the basis on which an electrical energy policy is being built in accordance with the challenges of decarbonization and the new trends in consumer participation in the management.Ítem Genomic annotation and gene expression analysis related to oil production of the non-model crop Plukenetia volubilis(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Florian Cruz, Andrés Felipe; Villanueva Corrales, Simón; Villanueva Corrales, Simon; Correa Alvarez, JavierÍtem La Inteligencia Artificial en el mundo laboral en Colombia : una mirada amplia a una realidad existente(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Cabrera Sanabria, Laura María; Yanez Hurtado, Sofía; Múnera Posada, ArmandoCurrently, Artificial Intelligence plays a fundamental role as a transforming force in different areas of society, including labor. Colombia, like the rest of the world, faces the challenge of assimilating and adapting to the innovations it proposes. While technology in general stands out for its ability to facilitate and simplify human life, it is essential to recognize that, along with its benefits, disadvantages and challenges arise. This research paper adopts a qualitative approach with the purpose of analyzing more broadly two negative consequences from a legal perspective that could arise from the introduction of Artificial Intelligence in the Colombian work environment. First, a brief analysis is made on the possible violation of the right to equality and non-discrimination. This is observed through the use of algorithms based on Artificial Intelligence in the recruitment processes carried out by human resources departments. On the other hand, the conflict between the right to work and freedom of enterprise in the face of the automation of tasks performed by human beings, which are now carried out by Artificial Intelligence, is preliminarily explored. This phenomenon has raised significant global concern.Ítem La normativa y regulación aplicables a la publicidad a través de influenciadores en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Arango Franco, Felipe; Ceballos Klinkert, LauraThe rise in popularity of social networks has transformed the way we perceive the world and interact with others. Influencers have capitalized on this phenomenon by forming online communities that trust them and value their opinions. Meanwhile, companies have noticed this and therefore began to promote their products through said users and, as a result, have turned social media advertising into a highly profitable and competitive industry. The absence of a clear regulation and active monitoring of such ads, as well as the high level of competition among the various influencers, contributed to numerous cases in which misleading advertisements issued by influencers have harmed consumers. The present article explores the way in which influencer advertising is regulated in the Colombian legal system, as well as the cases in which these individuals could be sanctioned by the SIC for misleading advertising. That is, in order to identify whether or not there is a need to explicitly regulate advertising through influencers in Colombia.Ítem Plan de exportación de arándanos al mercado de Emiratos Árabes Unidos(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Niño Leal, Rafael Antonio; Muñoz Molina, Yaromir de Jesús
