This paper shows the relationship between innovation in health policies with economic, social and health impact measured in terms of morbidity, maternal mortality, decrease in unwanted pregnancies and abortions, in the adolescent population of Colombia. Data are collected from 2015 to 2018, considering the diseases and deaths in the Colombian adolescent population. It is concluded that, according to the financial issue, innovating through price regulation strategies entering controls from the Law, has allowed to recover control of health costs in order to have a transparent health system
