Ítem Sistematización y socialización de experiencias innovadoras(2018) Mejía G., Ana Isabel; Leal F., Diego Ernesto; amejia3@eafit.edu.coThe development of good practice called circulation of information and knowledge within the framework of the TESO Digital Plan of the municipality of Itagüí, Antioquia, understands the need to connect the different audiences to which the project is directed so that, under an integrating perspective, it can make visible the digital transformation experience of educational institutions, the advances and results achieved; besides promoting the active participation of all the actors that are part of the intervention. To achieve this, it is necessary to interpret the role of the public in the communication process, the special requirements they have according to their profile and the list of possible alternatives to comply with the circulation and feedback of information and knowledge.
