Publicación Optimización de la respuesta biomecánica en la interpretación solista : estudio de caso sobre los pasajes de alta exigencia en el primer movimiento Impetuoso de Rebecca Clarke bajo el método Havas(Universidad EAFIT, 2026-05-23) Camargo Barrera, Kevin Andrés; Manco, Juan DavidThis article analyzes biomechanical optimization in high-demand passages of Rebecca Clarke ́s Sonata through the Kato Havas method. An action-research and autoethnographic methodology was implemented, organized into two phases: tension diagnosis and the application of the Havas method. The results demonstrate that releasing axial balance and eliminating grip force significantly reduced parasitic tensions. Greater technical fluency and tonal control were avchieved through the conscious application of Havas ́s principles. It is concluded that the integration of biomechanical principles and the Havas method enables an efficient, healthy and mindful execution, mitigating physical risks in demanding repertoire. This study is intended to serve as a pedagogical reference for improving health and technical performance within the violist community.
