    The business environment must promote competitiveness, through technological development at the process or product level,whose main component is innovation; in order to expand the market share of productive supply.Thus, this document starts from the implementation of a new product and financially evaluate the resulting impacts one year later,of its execution in the companyoccip last, to determine the increase in value generation,when calculating the valuation of the same and in parallel by means of vertical and horizontal analysis in its income statements,those indicators that had greater sensitivity, and thus optimize the ratios of indebtedness, profitability and liquidit y,pursuing the growth and positioning of the company,justifying the importance of having a fina ncial impact assessment modelthat provides timely information for decision-making in the management of new projects.
