Ítem Plan de mercadeo para la empresa IMPERCAP SAS(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Binder Bedoya, Jean Michel; Henríquez Díaz, Angela MaríaThe present work proposes a Marketing Plan for the company Impercap SAS, a company dedicated to the manufacture of plastic clothing, with recycled material, which has the purpose of preventing its clients from getting wet in specific circumstances, such as winter times. For this plan, two objectives were set, one with the purpose of increasing sales in regions other than Antioquia, and another with the goal of obtaining more final customers, not wholesalers or distributors. To achieve each of the objectives, three strategies were drawn up, with their respective tactics or list of activities, reflected in a schedule with execution times, and a budget for the calculation of capital necessary for the execution of each one of them. The way to reach these objectives and strategies was through the analysis of the current situation that the company is going through, both internally and externally, tools like Porter's five forces, the Pestel analysis, and the FODA matrix, were used, and this last one, was mainly from the latter that the objectives were derived. Finally, it is concluded that Impercap is in a market with a high number of informal competitors, not regulated by law, which speaks of a category little monitored by government entities, but with a great potential for which plastic products and recycling processes imply for our planet, which could be an opportunity for the country to stand out in this industry.
