It was developed using the Canvas methodology, through an exploratory-descriptive research, which allowed to know the needs and problems people have at lunch time, the target segment and the acceptance that potential customers have regarding the value proposition. It also allowed to validate the type of relationship with the clients, the channels to be used, the resources and key activities, the key alliances, the cost structure and the source of income for the company to be created. With all this, it was possible to structure a profitable, sustainable and scalable business model and, in this way, minimize risks for the entrepreneur.
