    Project management has become one of the most common internal practices of organizations, Agropecuaria San Fernando has not been unaware of this situation, its continuous processes and constant growth created the need to open a project office, with emphasis on the efficiency and compliance of your projects -- Nowadays we want to take the next step in the evolution of your PMO, to take control of all your projects to a methodological and standardized process, that is why this degree work is proposed to perform a diagnosis to determine your level of Maturity in good practices in project management and in this way re-structure your project office -- The development of this degree work, in addition to satisfying the need of the Agropecuaria San Fernando company to strengthen its project management area and complement its process of organizational growth and structuring, is developed in order to meet the requirement of the Master in Project Management, applying the knowledge obtained in the different subjects and materializing them in an applicable work environment
