This research proposal seeks to contribute to the strengthening of projects with social impact on children and young people, with the identification of behavioral changes and social development under leadership principles, for the transformation of the perception of realities and the empowerment of young people in the different RLJ program projects. In this sense, the work will outline the changes generated from leadership training, where training, orientation and skills development generate attitudes and skills that positively impact the lives of children and young people, as well as the changes groups within the institutions to form citizens who transform and promote the progress of their communities and the country, and that contribute directly to the improvement of their quality of life, that of their families and that of their group of peers.Ítem Reconfiguración del proyecto de vida a causa de la migración en un grupo de jóvenes provenientes de Venezuela(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Mazo Sarmiento, Sara; Zuluaga Aristizábal, Marda UcarisThe migration of the Venezuelan population in Colombia has been marking a great milestone in the history of Latin American migration: due to its massive nature and, in part, thanks to the conditions that framed it, it has been analyzed above all in its peak moments; many of the previous studies that address it do not have age discrimination, which opens a space to focus on the young population that migrated, it seeks to describe the reconfiguration of the life project from migration in a group of young people from Venezuela, the definition of being young is addressed, the main characteristics of Venezuelan migration in Colombia and the main contents that frame the life project of young people today are described. Among the findings from the interviews we have that the earlier you migrate, the easier it will be to adapt, that the migratory process can undergo very positive resignifications and that having a religious community that shares values and customs can be very valuable. upon arrival in the country of destination.
