    This pre-feasibility study aims to determine the viability of executing an infrastructure project intended for product storage and business management, located within la Central Mayorista de Antioquia. The project involves a five-story building with a total constructed area of 1,535 m². The main objective of the study is to assess its feasibility through the UNIDO methodology. To achieve this, seven specific objectives were defined, aimed at developing various analyses that contribute to fulfilling the general objective. The study includes a conceptual framework that addresses the concept of a project and the different methodologies through which it can be developed, with special emphasis on the UNIDO methodology, which guides the entire process. Likewise, a methodological design is presented that details how each of the seven studies required to assess the project's viability is carried out. The development of the work includes environmental, sectoral, and strategic studies, as well as market, technical, environmental, organizational, legal, financial, and risk analyses. Finally, the results lead to the conclusion that the project is viable for investors, as its execution can generate significant financial benefits.
