    ¿Cómo es la experiencia de consumo de contenidos digitales en la generación C?

    The objective of this qualitative study was to know the experience in the consumption of digital content, as well as to identify the ecosystem around the content, emotions and habits that these generations (Generation C) have in their experience of use daily, to produce and consume content in different categories, channels, formats and audiovisual media. For this purpose, eight semi-structured interviews were prepared, corroborating this information with a series of online surveys, resulting in a guide to generate and / or consume content by brands. Within this experience, it was identified that the smartphone is the main tool for consuming and sharing content and that video is the preferred format for consuming content. We were also able to conclude that content platforms such as YouTube are a favorite among connected consumers and that social networks are ideal for generating conversations. With the findings found, we were able to analyze the most common moments for their consumption, so that companies and brands can create strategies and develop differential tools before their competitors, which efficiently impact and can relate to new consumers, to generate a good experience connecting with your audience and your consumer in real time, viralizing that content on digital platforms within the connected generation. Based on the results obtained, we hope that it will constitute a contribution to the academic environment of content marketing at the time of generating conversations and interactions.     Influencia de los contenidos violentos de los medios audiovisuales en jóvenes de Medellín

    Objective: to describe the influence that violent content exerts on the audiovisual media in young people between the ages of 15 and 26 in the city of Medellín, with the purpose of under-standing the meaning they attribute to violent content in relation to your behavior. Research ques-tion: what kind of aggression does the violent content of the audiovisual media generate from the perspective of Erich Fromm and how do they influence the behavior of young people between 15 and 26 years of age? Method: this is a qualitative research in which semi-structured interviews were used and the method used in the investigative process was the hermeneutic. Population: in-terviews were conducted with young people between 15 and 26 years of age regardless of sex, or educational level, in total 15 interviews were conducted. Results: the investigation allowed know-ing the perceptions that young people between 15 and 26 years old have about the violent contents of television series and multimedia platforms. In general, the interviewees agree that the conception of violence can have several meanings; this can be physical or psychological. The contents greatly influence the behavior of people, their ways of speaking and thinking. It is indisputable the com-mitment of the audiovisual media when presenting the production, since there are particular interests rather than social interests, such as remembering events in the city, creating devices for education and prevention of violence among others. It is perhaps economic and political factors, because these series and programs are of great audience and economically benefit their creators and promoters, likewise, the realities that are shown have a political tinge, that is, the way of telling or narrating said stories show only those aspects that are politically appropriate or in accordance with the posi-tions of the channels that emit them, leaving aside aspects that do not favor their own political inter-ests.
