For this purpose, a descriptive quantitative methodology was proposed. 18 articles were selected through current and impact criteria, which were the basis to fulfill the object of study. Among the most relevant results, it was found that when making long-term planning, experts give a higher rating (priority) to those methods that use knowledge and experience such as Delphi and Delphi in Real Time. One of them, the Expert Consultation method with a consensus of 63%, was highlighted as one of the most accepted methods by experts in terms of decision-making. Likewise, the Critical Success Factors method was rated as a priority. Among some conclusions, it is possible to point out that experts have a greater affinity towards the most recognized methods and sometimes do not recognize some models that can contribute effectively to the evolution of companies.Ítem Metodología para el uso de herramientas de prospectiva aplicadas a un modelo de valoración de empresas según la metodología de flujo de caja libre descontado al costo promedio ponderado de capital(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Moreno Chachanoy, Milton; Arroyave Cataño, Elizabeth Tatiana; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoThis project intends to establish a methodology for the use of prospective tools applied to a business valuation model according to the methodology of free cash flow discounted at the weighted average cost of capital -- In the work, the discounted free cash flow methodology and its different components are defined -- Then the object of study of the prospective is described and the tools of greater application in the business sector are presented -- Later, the procedure is defined to incorporate the prospective tools to the free cash flow model and, finally, the practical application to a business case is presentedÍtem La pedagogía del futuro: un reto para la universidad del siglo XXI(Universidad EAFIT, 1996) Gómez Gómez, Héctor; Universidad EAFITÍtem Riesgos para el futuro de las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales (ARL) generados por las variables motivacionales y el comportamiento laboral de la generación Z(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Galeano Ramírez, José Fernando; Gutiérrez Zuluaga, Juliana; Maya Mejía, José MaríaAbstract The objective of this research project is to determine the risks of the Workers Compensation Insurance (WCI) future, generated by the motivational variables and the labor behavior of the Z generation. In order to deeply understand the impact of this generation in the risk analysis, this report brings together and analyzes the general information of the Z generation from the literature, and some specific cases of people who are part of it. Based on the above information, the Workers Compensation Insurance can identify whether current risk intervention strategies are appropriate for their management or, on the other hand, reformulate new models to generate good performance through prevention, as well as elements that allow them to have tools to manage the impact of the Z generation on competitiveness and sustainability. The proposed methodology considers a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope, taking 14 participating subjects as a sample: twelve young people of the Z generation, a professional in risk prevention and a manager of a WCI. The results show that mitigating the risks for the future of WCIs depends on developing studies and prevention programs for occupational diseases associated with mental health that increase with technology use. In addition, it is necessary for companies to align their interests with those of the Z generation, such as schedule flexibility, teamwork, and the possibility of promotion, among others.
