During the development of the paper, Covid-19 pandemic arose, so the authors analize the disruptions and challenges brought by this event to IT Industry in general and Conectiva Networks in particular. This research proposes a sustainable business model for a small company that produces and commercialize biodegradable home cleaning products in the city of Medellín, using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) tool, which is an extension of the canvas designed by Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) towards the aspects of social and environmental value creation. The design of the value proposal is based on the client's understanding, executing a qualitative analysis of nine (9) in-depth interviews conducted with different consumers of household cleaning products in three identified market segments.
