Initially, there will be a brief description of clearance advertising and its purpose. Then, we will study the applicable regulation regarding the abovementioned subjects in relation to intellectual property, consumer and competition. Finally, the main objective is expected to be reached through the proposition of the legal elements essential to the clearance advertising process in Colombia.
