Ítem Lecciones aprendidas de la implementación del módulo de gestión de proyectos de un ERP SAP para las nuevas instalaciones en una empresa de transporte vertical en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Mesa Vanegas, Luis Javier; Garnica Baraza, Ernesto JoséThe implementation of a project module of an ERP system in a company is a complex and expensive process that requires an additional effort to be able to take advantage of its benefits into the organization, hoping to impact the profitability and efficiency of the business unit. Therefore, generating a compendium of lessons learned from the implementation process is a mandatory exercise that must be carried out to ensure better practices in future implementations. In this work, the results obtained after investigating and collecting stakeholder data based on surveys, interviews and panel of expert judgment work are evaluated and analyzed, resulting in the description of the capitalizations of shares implemented from the hierarchy and prioritization of lessons learned measured by the impact and probability of occurrence and generating final recommendations for the projects that will be in progress or are planned to be carried out in other branches of the company, as well as meeting points for projects with some relationship, which allows taking as a starting point the positive actions developed during this work and not to repeat common or typical errors of these computer projects.Ítem Lecciones aprendidas de un proyecto offshore en servicios de correo postal en un delivery center de Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Amariles López, Sebastián; Herrera Cardona, Alejandro; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelIn the present research about the process of documenting lessons learned in an offshore project, the experience of the project executors was consolidated. By means of semi-structured interviews, the factors that were present in the execution of the schedule were evaluated and discussed. After the interview process, the findings were exhibited with each of the experts in the field that were related to the project, and, through quantification methods based on probability and occurrence matrices, impact magnitudes and expected monetary values, proceeded to rank the lessons learned according to their relevance to the project. The most relevant conclusions are the reduction of costs and expenses in the project activities by a proportion of 70%, just for implementing the offshore figure and the scrum methodology under the agile framework; the importance of implementing project offices in organizations with high flows of projects to be developed between periods was also found. As the most significant recommendations are the documentation of lessons learned as a closing activity in projects, and technological surveillance processes to be at the forefront of market technologies.
