Departing from the results of a survey directed the homes and commercial establishments, there were analyzed the price of market, characteristics of the consumer and tastes and preferences, as result of the previous thing, they propose a few strategies of marketing to expire with the projection in sales proposed. With the results of the technical study, organizational and legal, added to the results of the analysis of the market it was possible to come to a cash flow that shows a TIR generated by the project, of 16 % effective annual, and the VPN of the projected cash flows gives like proved a positive value of $ 25.376.594, which indicates that this project is profitable and overcomes the expectations of generation of earnings
