Method: the research has a qualitative approach of a comprehensive na-ture, thus using a case study method, with semi-structured interviews. Research question: What are the perceptions of people within EPM compared to the experience lived during the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the organization? Population: 20 individuals from the hierarchical levels who took part in the process of inclusion of people with disabilities in EPM (senior management, bosses, partners and related persons resulting from the process). Results: to present the characteristics of the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in EPM, detailing the different components that were manifested in processes of incorporation and adap-tation.
