    This research seeks to offer results on the financial feasibility and execution of a construction project of an apartment building in a downtown area of Bogotá, reason by which it is vital to define the multiple factors –economic, financial, legal, environmental, operational, and structural– that directly intervene in its operation and execution. The viability of the execution of this project depends on the organization that is generated within the different allied roles in a company, for which it is necessary to adopt management strategies and perform the collection of the application of previous empirical experiences, in order to define coherent processes and business policy developments. For the elaboration of this research, all the factors that directly and indirectly affect its technical application will be taken into account, for example, the costs that influence the project in a precise manner, the environmental impacts, the structural and architectural risks and the location. The development of previous exercises and in process will be subject to the pre-feasibility stage, and financial information will be provided for investment purposes and implementation of this construction project by a family company.
