Method: the research has a qualitative approach of a comprehensive na-ture, thus using a case study method, with semi-structured interviews. Research question: What are the perceptions of people within EPM compared to the experience lived during the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the organization? Population: 20 individuals from the hierarchical levels who took part in the process of inclusion of people with disabilities in EPM (senior management, bosses, partners and related persons resulting from the process).
