    The law 1996 of 2019, generated a change in the paradigm against people with disabilities in Colombia, through this law the figure of interdiction is eliminated and full legal capacity is granted to people who suffer from a disorder and are of legal age. This work studies the new legal institutions that this law introduces, as well as the legal challenges that it faces, especially in the face of changes in the validity requirements of legal acts, in the regime of non-imputability in civil liability and possible abuses of third parties.

    Inclusión laboral : factores de éxito en la incorporación de personas con discapacidad : caso EPM, Colombia

    Objective: to characterize the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities carried out in an Antioquia company providing home public services (EPM), by analyzing the perceptions of the people involved in it. Method: the research has a qualitative approach of a comprehensive na-ture, thus using a case study method, with semi-structured interviews. Research question: What are the perceptions of people within EPM compared to the experience lived during the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the organization? Population: 20 individuals from the hierarchical levels who took part in the process of inclusion of people with disabilities in EPM (senior management, bosses, partners and related persons resulting from the process). Results: to present the characteristics of the process of labor inclusion of people with disabilities in EPM, detailing the different components that were manifested in processes of incorporation and adap-tation.
