    This paper presents an overview of the behavior of the profiles of power used by people working on projects. He argues, based on the observation that the human being itself is so changeable as the variability of personal ambition, which at one time may take one or more profiles in order to achieve what has been proposed and manipulated or left manipulated only under its own criteria in order to change / improve their personal circumstances. Likewise, do not apply a default recipe for managing power relations, but through the illustration of real cases and historical, identifies some of the features to assess and differentiate each style of exerting influence on their environment, the group work and his countrymen.
