    This work is done as a contribution to joint publication project text about The Animadversion in Organizations, in which professors Ángel Espina Barrios from the Universidad de Salamanca and Francisco López Gallego from the Universidad Eafit are working, in which the used terms and concepts require meaning delimitation in its uses and context, this work is intended to develop the semantic dimension about prejudices: psychological, disability and social class and on inductive thinking and informal organization, considering for this the given uses to terms and the construction of concepts made by important authors in their research -- The concepts generation is a hard task, because the excess of meanings or by use in different periods or scenarios, therefore, terms were taken to integrate in the best possible way the most clear and precise meaning for the object of the investigation, considering the etymology, the use in the historical context and the contrast with the definitions of diverse sources
