We have compared different aspects such as political risk, economic risk, social situation, competition, market size, among others that allowed us to establish the most appropriate market for the company to resume its export work; This methodology is developed in four phases, which begin with the internal study, through a diagnosis of internationalization, continue with a pre-selection and selection of markets that gives an idea about where the company can focus with the attributes of its product. , then with the subsequent analysis of the product in the target market and, finally, with the approach of a series of strategies that facilitate the applicability of the export plan in the selected country, which will serve as a guide for the internationalization project of the family business Intimidades Marceci.
