Therefore, the result of the execution of this degree work consists of generating a selection tool that makes the suggestion of which of these two previous guides should be used for each of the company's projects, depending on the characteristics of the project and looking to maximize the value delivered during the life cycle of the project. The selection tool will be tailored to the company on which the degree work is developed, so if it is desired to use it for another type of company, it will be necessary to make adjustments on the selection tool.
