    The present work describes the management of national and internationals projects for access to financing projects according to the project finance model. As a methodology, a bibliographic review was carried out on 32 documents, among articles, reports, and theses, with the purpose of structuring the methodological relationship of PMP and project finance projects and contextualize the impact of the implementation of the methodologies in the project management processes. It was concluded that project management in the project finance technique has allowed, through financial planning and management, the reduction of risks for obtaining positive cash flows, effectively meeting the obligation contracted and a return on investment, as was the case in high impact infrastructures in the country in construction of maritime terminals, concessions and road connections, sanitation and river recovery, and energy independence.
