    The TCC logistics group manages projects called small, medium and large for its twenty Operation Centers nationwide, which aim to increase productivity, reduce operating costs, increase revenues, improve service levels and guarantee compliance. normative. Currently the company has a project management model based on the good practices of the PMBOK® guide, in order to facilitate the efficient management of all activities that arise from the interaction of the five groups of processes and the ten areas of knowledge, however, given the great diversity of information systems within the company and the lack of integration thereof, the management of benefits can become quite manual, as it requires obtaining information from different sources and consolidating the same with the help of other office tools. The degree directed work complements the group of monitoring and control processes, with regard to the generation of performance reports and generation of indicators through the design of a computer module for the generation of project results reports, of more automatically through the integration of each of the company's information systems, avoiding operability, delays, reprocessing and / or duplication of information.
