Ítem Actualización del estudio de prefactibilidad del proyecto parque de diversiones en Santa Fe de Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Rodríguez Betancur, María Verónica; Zapata Rodríguez, Marcelo; Escorcia Marín, Jorge Junior; Gómez Salazar, Elkin ArcesioÍtem Estudio técnico parque de diversiones en Santa Fe de Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Montoya Ramírez, Lucero; Arango Velásquez, Santiago; Guerrero Latorre, Jorge HarleyTourism in Colombia has been growing in recent years, and facing the post-conflict is an opportunity to potentialize it -- Within the Colombian tourism the amusement park industry has an opportunity to impact new regions where it is not yet present generating a development in the areas where it is located -- In this work, will be evaluated the technical viability of the construction of an amusement park in Santa Fe de Antioquia in the west of the Antioquia department, this project is an interest of a private company with experience in the construction sector, which has as an objective the operation of an amusement park; with similar dimensions as the most famous parks in the world, that directly impacts all Colombia in tourism, generates a development in the area it is located and have renown not only in Colombia but also in the south of the American continent -- In the technical study, issues of location, park capacity, operation of the park, machinery, suppliers, distribution infrastructure were analyzed -- These issues will allow the technical feasibility of the project -- The feasibility of the project in general will be the result of this technical study added to the result of the other studies
