Learned Lessons systems allow capturing information from individual experiences, disseminating it throughout the organization and keeping it available for reuse when required. In this work, a theoretical journey is made on occupational safety and health, occupational safety and health management systems, the methodology of learned lessons and the transfer of best practices. Finally, the system of learned lessons from Cementos Argos S.A. is compared with the best practices in learned lessons found in the literature and recommendations are made to improve it.
