    Aplicación de las teorías de agencia y Stewardship en el análisis de las relaciones entre sello discográfico y artista en la industria musical de Medellín

    The music industry has undergone major changes in its business model and relationship with artists given the impact that technology has had in terms of democratization of music and access to information, changing the roles of both labels and artists. The interaction between both parts is influenced by aspects such as trust, autonomy and power, risk treatment and motivations of each of them, which configures a complex relationship that resembles the literature proposed by agency and stewardship theories. This study aimed to understand the visions of labels and artists around their needs when generating a relationship between them, through the analysis of three in-depth interviews and nine questionnaires administered to different actors in the music industry in Medellín, in order to identify mechanisms that allow a greater viability of long term relationships. It was found that these actors are aware of how technology has been changing the industry and the importance of empowering themselves with the new tools that allow potentiating all the fronts involved in an artistic project such as production, administration, promotion, distribution, among others. In addition, there are great challenges in building trust between the two, due to the old ways of relating and generating contracts without enough knowledge. However, there is currently a great willingness of all actors to fight against information asymmetry, through the appropriation of knowledge and accessible resources that allow them to work in cooperation.

    Estudio de factibilidad para el servicio de alquiler de bicicletas eléctricas dirigido a domiciliarios que distribuyen productos alimenticios.

    The accelerated urban expansion in the cities which constitutes the metropolitan area of Aburrá Valley has impacted air quality and urban mobility. One of the primary cause of the current environmental crisis is the dispersion of pollutant generated by motorised vehicles. Of which motorcycles, represent 14 % of annual emissions of PM2.5 (Medellín CómoVamos, 2017), particulate matter and are the most used means of transport in delivery service. For this reason, the goal of this dissertation is to carry out a feasibility study for the rental service of electric bicycles. It is aimed at food service deliverers in the city of Medellin. The development of the project is carried out with the guidelines of the operation of the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development (UNIDO), which provide the data to determine the viability of the project and materialize the idea as a business opportunity.

    Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de producción de jabones y sales fitoterapeuticas en Medellín

    This work illustrates a research that was carried out for the Master's Degree in Project Management of Universidad Eafit, in which it evaluates the feasibility of creating a company of production of soaps and phytotherapeutic salts with a view to entering the market of the new age, a market where its essence is the generation of consciousness. Thus, a feasibility study was carried out, following as a methodology: ONUDI. This work illustrates the importance of introducing natural elements into personal grooming products, using a semiindustrial artisanal manufacturing method, in order to achieve production volumes that allow to cover a market segment. The products offered today increasingly include exposure to chemicals, due to their mass manufacture, with synthetic components, which affect the health of the skin to a high degree, so this research aims to offer a healthier alternative; the methodology used is descriptive and mixed in nature and contains an exposition of the theoretical basis for entrepreneurship feasibility studies, the description of the ONUDI methodology, the particular characteristics of the project, on the basis in the methodology of the logical framework, the study of the DOFA matrix, the development of the feasibility study and the study of the risks associated with the creation of the company.

    In the present work of degree the feasibility study is carried out to develop a digital platform to provide maintenance and repair services in homes and companies, which also has as an added value which is the generation of confidence in the consumer, and can validate its possible creation in the Colombian market. For the development of the study, administrative, technical, financial and legal analyzes are carried out, which allowed to conclude the viability of the development of this collaborative economy in the Colombian market. They are also visualized of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and weaknesses. compare with the proposed solution in the other offers of the current market, both locally and globally.

    Estudio de viabilidad de un proyecto de emprendimiento enfocado hacia la construcción del modelo de tiendas de conveniencia ubicadas en universidades

    This paper is carried out with the objective of ascertaining the viability of placing convenience stores at the University of Medellín. The research was carried out using a methodological process that evaluated the legal, environmental, and financial feasibility of the project, with the aim of converting it into a future business plan. During the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to study, develop and execute different retail store models at: Surtimax, Proximo, Q precios, Pintacasa, Tiendas Pintuco. This specific insight has allowed me to establish a closer relationship with consumers that are constantly changing their tastes in goods, who are increasingly unfaithful to brands and who demand changes in the short term. Under these circumstances I have witnessed how companies that for years were market leaders, are now looking for new allies that will enable them to meet the needs and demands of their customers. In the search for sustainability not all companies find success, even when they are able to spot a gap in the market, they do not take action usually due to their operative capacity, the money involved or the incapacity to visualize the importance of the change. As a result of all of these missed opportunities that were not taken forward, and my perception of a potential opportunities left open, I have decided to move forward with this project which encompasses my graduation work, an entrepreneurial model to follow.

    Evaluación de la viabilidad comercial de la apertura de un punto de venta de ropa importada para mujeres en la Vía Primavera de la ciudad de Medellín

    This market study seeks to evaluate the commercial viability of creating a business project for the marketing of imported clothing for women between 25 and 60 years of age. This is due to a previously identified business opportunity based on a need not covered by the competition. For this, one of the specific objectives of this study is to know the ideal location for the opening of a store that would offer the market imported clothing of high quality, comfort and exclusivity for women who love fashion, design and novelty. In addition, this study seeks to understand the buying behavior of such audience. To obtain information about the behavior, attitudes and consumption habits in this market niche, a qualitative methodology is used with three focus groups with 21 participants. A finding of this investigation in relation to the attitudes of women, where they stated that it is not important that the clothing be branded or imported at the time of making a purchase decision, however, when we ask them which brands they use or have purchased, claimed to have in their wardrobes mostly branded clothing. It is expected that this finding, among others, will support brands and businesses interested in knowing the attitudes of women when buying clothing, as well as their behavior and their way of thinking; triad that shows what the true potential of this market is.

    Factibilidad de un negocio de corretaje, administración y cobranza de créditos de libre inversión con garantía hipotecaria

    The present work seeks to evaluate the legal, financial, technical, organizational and commercial feasibility of a company, whose business is to satisfy the needs of two different groups of people, in which one of these groups (debtors) needs money for different purposes (free investment), and has a real estate to guarantee the payment of the debt. The other group of people (creditors) has excess monies and needs to invest that money with good returns and with mortgage guarantee. In this way, brokerage is made between the parties interested in the loan, which includes different studies such as Sarlaft, payment capacity, risk centers, study of securities, among others. Once the respective credit with mortgage guarantee is made, a credit administration and collection contract is signed with the Creditor, looking for the investor to have the peace of mind that a legal team will be in charge of the legal and juridical collections, if necessary. At the end of the work, on each area evaluated, the viability of each one of them can be determined and this will lead us to the final conclusion of the viability of the business idea, with which it will be possible to determine if it is a viable, not viable idea or if you need any legal, commercial, financial, organizational and / or technical adjustment to carry out the good business development.

    Habilidades gerenciales en los emprendimientos que sobreviven : aplicación de una prueba piloto

    With the purpose of developing a pilot test that may contribute to further research on the managerial skills of entrepreneurs whose projects have survived over time, a closed survey was applied that allowed knowing the self-perception of the managerial skills of five entrepreneurs who have remained active in the market in the metropolitan area of the Aburrá Valley, and compares the results obtained. After its execution, both the demographic data and the self-perceived skills with higher and lower similar qualifications among the respondents were identified.

    Habilidades gerenciales en los emprendimientos que sobreviven : una exploración en catorce líderes antioqueños.

    This paper collects the self-perception of the managerial skills of fourteen entrepreneurs from Antioquia whose business projects have survived for more than ten years, and contrasts them with the perception of their collaborators. To do this, the qualitative methodology through the application of questionnaires with closed questions was used. The results show a great similarity between both perceptions, which is not only reflected in the trend lines, but also in the appreciation of the managerial skills; likewise, there is a great coincidence in the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses of the auto-reports of the leaders. The best self-perceived aspect reported by the collaborators are the skills to motivate and develop the personnel, while the skills in time management and decision making are self-perceived and perceived as those with the greatest possibilities for improving.
