Estudio de caso de los municipios Envigado, Turbo y Granada (2016-2017)(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Agámez Ortega, Jorge Agustín; Batista Gómez, Yesid; Maya Salazar, Adolfo LeónThe main objective of this work is to know the degree of implementation of the public accountability policy (CR) in three municipalities of Antioquia: Envigado, Turbo and Granada, which have a categorization of 1, 4 and 6 in the categorization scale of the Colombian municipalities -- To do this, a descriptive analysis is made with three variables: accountability, social responsibility and public action instruments -- There is evidence of compliance with the first two variables in terms of Social Responsibility (SR), while the third allows the evaluation of the implementation of the public CR policy in the municipalities under study -- As components of the post-New Public Management management model, the aforementioned categories allow the strengthening of democracy and political feasibility in territorial entities -- In this order of ideas, one of the duties of these entities is to empower citizens in the appropriation of participation spaces (vertical and diagonal accountability)
