The main objective of this study is to investigate advisable and inadvisable practices influencing the resolution of interpersonal conflicts among employees in the operational base of a United States-based energy sector company, aiming to understand their impact on work performance and organizational efficiency, and thereby contribute to the development of a more effective conflict resolution model. The methodology adopted for this study is based on a descriptive and cross-sectional qualitative approach, through individual interviews with employees from the operational base of the energy sector, employing a non-experimental design and purposive sampling of fifteen (15) employees. The United States-based energy sector company funded this research.
