Ítem Identificación y medición del capital intelectual para empresas que prestan los servicios de transmisión de energía eléctrica en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Castaño Quintero, John Edison; Mora Cuartas, Andrés MauricioThe 21st century is characterized by great technological advances that have contributed to humanity, leading it to become a knowledge society. At present, companies that base their competitive advantage on knowledge management and their intangible assets have the greatest opportunity for growth, sustainability and competitiveness. For this reason, since the end of the 20th century, the scientific community has been conducting research on the development of models to identify and measure the intellectual capital of organizations. In the electric power sector, and especially transmission companies, there is a need to identify and measure their intangible assets as this can become a greater competitive advantage, as well as compliance with all requirements related to the electricity market. The purpose of this work is to make a contribution to the identification of the aspects that can be the source for the measurement of intellectual capital in companies of this sector.
