    Through this academic piece we intend to create a business control cost design that will identify and explain all variable and fixed costs that are incurred in oil production at Amerisur Colombia. This academic work, captures operations, profitability, techniques and external factors that make the functionality of the company and projects possible. In addition, the results of this investigation left us with tangible and useful information that could be used to identify if the company should continue or stop working on a specific project due to its profitability and efficiency.
