During the development of the paper, Covid-19 pandemic arose, so the authors analize the disruptions and challenges brought by this event to IT Industry in general and Conectiva Networks in particular. To do this, we have made an analysis of the industry and the macro-environment through techniques such as PESTEL analysis and Porter's five forces which showed that it is indeed a market with significant growth potential. In addition, an analysis of the demand has been made using data collection techniques (surveys) that has allowed us to define and understand in a better way the target audience to be reached through the supply of services of the venture. The analysis and interpretation of the fieldwork results have been the fundamental basis for the creation and validation of the value proposition and subsequently the projection of the venture's financial model.
