Ítem ¿Cuál es el efecto de la gamificación para fomentar el aprendizaje grupal al interior de la Corporación Mundial de la Mujer Medellín?(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Gómez Pardo, Natalia; Román Calderón, Juan PabloÍtem Intervención comportamental para fomentar que los funcionarios asistentes al Edificio Inteligente de EPM conocieran e implementaran el nuevo código nacional para la correcta disposición de los residuos sólidos desde la fuente en su lugar de trabajo(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Vargas Arias, Carlos Andrés; Ángel Toro, Carolina; Yarce Mesa, Sara Isabel; Velásquez Medina, AlejandraSeeking to solve the problem presented at a global level by the poor disposal of solid waste, a behavioral intervention was designed and carried out in the EPM Intelligent Building, headquarters of the Public Companies of Medellín, from now on EPM. With this, the knowledge and application of the new national code for waste disposal from the source was promoted, in which the Government, under resolution 2148 of 2019, stipulates that waste must be separated into white containers (recyclable), black (non- usable) and green (usable organics). The intervention was developed in two phases, the first focused on education and the second on altruism. In both phases, actions framed in the EAST and Mindspace models were carried out, reducing friction for the performance of the objective behavior. Two surveys were carried out, at the beginning and at the end, and also six measurements, the first before the start of the intervention as a baseline, the second at the end of Phase 1, three measurements during Phase 2 and the sixth measurement at the end of this Phase; through said monitoring, the obtained results indicated that officials were motivated to carry out the objective behavior and that barriers such as ignorance were eliminated. In addition to the previous information, a dynamic norm that promoted behavior change among officials was generated; it occurred when they observed that their colleagues were carrying out the promoted action. Regarding the decrease in the level of poorly separated waste, improvements that varied with the weeks in which the intervention was carried out were obtained, although the baseline was not exceeded for various reasons, the significant improvement that was observed stands out in the case of the white container, which shows the intention to change to carry out a correct disposal of recyclable waste.Ítem Intervención comportamental para mejorar funciones cognitivas y memoria de trabajo en los empleados del back - office en una empresa del sector BPO : reducción estrés y percepción de carga(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Durango Salinas, Evelyn; Cuartas Arias, Jorge MauricioCognitive load and stress are problems constantly faced by human beings, whether for work, academic or personal reasons. Any situation that requires an effort of attention or concentration requires people to invest their cognitive resources. The objective of this study was to apply a behavioral intervention under the EAST framework and validate whether strengthening cognitive abilities and developing planning skills can modify the perception of mental workload and thus reduce the stress levels of back-office employees in a BPO company. This study was developed in 3 phases: Conceptualization, Intervention and effectiveness evaluation. The results showed that 89% of the employees indicated that the planning tools provided were useful to better plan their time and in relation to the perception of load, 82% indicated that it was easy to manage their daily workload. In relation to cognitive breaks, 83% of employees indicated that they were effective in improving productivity and managing their daily workload. Applying these strategies not only in work contexts can contribute significantly to improving productivity and finding a balance between work and personal life. It is recommended to continue researching and promoting these practices in organizations to manage employee health.Ítem Operadores responsables : del modelo EAST a la norma social(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Cáceres Escobar, Piedad Paola; Hernández Cañola, Liza María; Galeano Arias, Felipe; Vélez Zapata, SaraThe objective of this intervention was to identify how people's perception of their role changes, based on actions proposed by behavioral sciences, seeking to reinforce the stereotype of responsible operators in collaborators of power generation plants in a power generation company. the city of Medellin. For the implementation, a design was used under the EAST model seeking to mobilize the social norm, with pre and post evaluation of the results, which showed that the perception of people can change from interventions in which their context is considered, allowing the installation of behaviors based on new social norms that promote the adoption of safe practices within the operation. This change can be generated from messages that operate as Nudges after the segmentation of the population and the knowledge of the perceptions about the role of the operator in hydroelectric plants, thus facilitating the recognition of elements that promote the social norm.Ítem Promover el diligenciamiento cuidadoso de la evaluación docente en estudiantes de pregrado de una Institución de educación superior de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Villada Rodríguez, Paula; Castañeda Suárez, Sara; Román Calderón, Juan Pablo
