Saldarriaga Piedrahíta, Lina Marcela; Henao Cálad, MónicaGlobal competitiveness has a clear protagonist as a key factor in economic and social development, knowledge -- In the business context it is increasingly common to recognize knowledge as the most important and complex organizational asset to gain competitive advantage; but it seems less clear how to identify that knowledge that is truly valuable, manage it and get the most out of it, the growing need for adaptation requires identifying the knowledge required by the organization internally or externally and appropriating it to ensure the development of new capabilities, the strengthening of internal capacities and exchange that allows testing different ways of doing things, flexible teams that challenge the status quo and contributes to the sustainability and competitiveness over time -- This document raises the problem, theoretical foundations, methodological basis and analysis of a qualitative research work for Bancolombia S.A, a company of the Sura group that provides financial services, with which knowledge strategies are proposed to promote innovation in the company case of the study, represented in a model that integrates the organizational knowledge creation Theory proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi and its relationship with business innovationPublicación Técnicas para apoyar la operación combinación de creación del conocimiento, según el modelo SECI(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Palacios Ospina, Eliana Marcela; Henao Cálad, MónicaThis project starts with the idea that knowledge can be created only by people and organizations cannot create knowledge by themselves, nevertheless organizations supports people in contexts where they create knowledge, therefore tacit or explicit knowledge has to be accessible for everyone, through mechanisms such as dialogue, discussion, observation, among others, making it part of the organization knowledge -- The SECI model proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) offers a clear structure of the process of knowledge creation, from a business management perspective for create new knowledge, disseminate it throughout the organization and incorporate it into the products, services and systems -- This degree project aims to analyze how to develop the combination operation following the SECI model, through understanding, identification and description of four techniques that can be applied in the real context for the conversion of explicit knowledge to more explicitPublicación Técnicas que fomentan la combinación como operación de conversión de conocimiento(Universidad EAFIT, 2017) Marín Higuita, Melissa; Vanegas Arboleda, Olga LucíaNowadays, knowledge has become the most valuable resource that an organization has as a generator of its competitive advantages, so much so, that its importance in the academic and organizational field has been visible in the academic works and researches of some authors who have investigated into how organizations can create, preserve, transfer and combine knowledge in a dynamic way -- However, many people feel that the knowledge creation and transfer issue has not been approached in a theoretical, philosophical and methodological sense as it should -- Faced with the previous lack, this dissertation focuses on the knowledge transfer problem by using and managing explicit knowledge at the organizational level following the SECI model to expose and present some techniques that allow companies to do combination of knowledge within an organization -- The problem is approached by a bibliographical search of the investigations by several authors to study the most important theoretical and conceptual elements to understand and to emphasize a technique as a knowledge transfer facilitator -- Thus, the objective of this dissertation is to identify techniques and tools that support the combination as a knowledge conversion operation following the SECI model initially proposed by Nonaka (1995) -- To achieve this objective, a methodological strategy was adopted, consisting of a general review of literature about knowledge transfer, including its typology, the conversion operations contemplated in the SECI model; focusing mainly on presenting and describing what the combination is as a knowledge conversion operation for its understanding and, from there, to be able to progress to recognize and characterize techniques and tools that facilitate this conversion -- The techniques presented in this paper allow the combination in an organization through the representation of explicit conceptual and procedural knowledge -- However, hopefully there is not a single technique that allows explicit knowledge transfer, the techniques presented here will be preferable in the judgment of those who use them; some will be considered more useful than others, others more interesting, easier or more difficult to elaborate than others, and, as the combination is approached specifically in its theoretical, philosophical and methodological sense, new techniques will be developed and proposed to support companies to manage their knowledge -- Their implementation or not will depend on the company decision
