Ítem Liderando equipos en modalidad no presencial : los nuevos requerimientos de habilidades blandas en época de pandemia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Pérez Ferrer, Juan Esteban; López Gallego, Francisco DaríoThe following project shows the current situation of leaders, managers and team memebers of different organizations located in the city of Medellín, adapting to the new work modality (telecommuting), due to the spread of the COVID - 19 pandemic. It is compared with the state of the art in topics such as: leadership, soft skills, adaptation to change and teams management. The investigation was non-experimental, cross-sectional, with descriptive scope and with cases and chain sample types. The research results showed the skills identified for virtual leaders, the decisions and changes made by companies to face the pandemic, adaptation to change, interaction and communication with teams, and the factors and variables that are important for telecommuting.
