However, this modality is less required; being the modality of Construction on Own Site the one with the greatest demand from people, as it adapts to their particular interest in achieving a better endowment of infrastructure on land they already own. However, this AVN modality has not been accepted by the population due to the qualifying factors of the beneficiaries, access to complementary credit, lack of promotion by the State and the amount of the bonus that most of the cases do not reach. for families to access housing.
