Logistic decisions are made based on delivery times and must be founded and based on operations that are subject to control by the company and must be budgeted to set the international buyer delivery times adjusted to the export process, but these times must be budgeted and set step by step by the employer, so once the negotiation has started, delivery times are not the obstacle in the sale.Ítem Financiación de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas en Antioquia en el marco de la pandemia del COVID-19(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Pineda Osorio, Carlos Andrés; Pineda Toro, Oscar Mauricio; Uribe De Correa, Beatriz AmparoThe present degree project to qualify for the MBA degree from EAFIT University, is inspired by the need to investigate and understand the real situation that Colombian MSMEs, Antioqueñas, must face in order to remain in operation within the framework of this pandemic situation that It arises in 2020 and continues into 2021 and apparently until 2022. Additionally, its current portfolio should be enhanced for gastronomic microenterprises, which make up 96% of the industry in Quindío. Therefore, a marketing plan is proposed with the aim of identifying 10 product references that meet the needs of these gastronomic businesses. The method for developing this starts with a quantitative research with a behavioral purchasing focus in 18 gastronomic businesses, representing 25% of Alcom's client portfolio in the HoReCa channel. The research instrument is conducted digitally through the Qualtrics tool and consists of questions related to the styles of gastronomic businesses, reasons for purchase, preferred or necessary product lines, purchase frequency, sales channels, among others. Additionally, the research results identified 5 product references focused on fast food restaurants and 5 references for café businesses. Finally, these previous results allowed for the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the portfolio with a much clearer focus on the HoReCa channel, providing Alcom Comercializadora with competitive advantages and, in the long term, making it the market leader in the Quindío department.Ítem Propuesta de modelo de gobierno corporativo para MiPymes en Colombia : un enfoque para la sostenibilidad empresarial(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Puerta García, Felipe; Camacho Florez, Alejandra María; Rivas Montoya, Luz MaríaIn the Colombian business context, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which constitute most of the companies, face notable fragility in their long-term survival. This study seeks to propose a corporate governance model adapted to these realities, exploring the challenges and internal motivations that drive changes in this type of organizations. Through interviews and conducting a focus group with managers of five MSMEs, a marked diversity is observed in organizational structures, goals, and challenges in decision-making. These findings highlight the need for a more structured approach to assertively address the challenges that organizations face every day. These results highlight that traditional definitions of corporate governance do not adjust to the particularities of MSMEs in Colombia, due to the variability in their organizational structures. The implementation of an adapted corporate governance is proposed as a strategic recommendation, providing a solid framework to face challenges and facilitate informed and conscious decision-making. This proposal is presented as an alternative to promote sustainability and organizational development in the field of Colombian MSMEs.
