    The objective of this work is to provide a financial diagnosis and estimate a reasonable value for Depósito Córdoba S.A., a retail company based in Montería, Colombia -- The work begins with a study of the industry, analyzing the strategy of the Administration -- Subsequently, the company's operational performance is reviewed, highlighting its good performance with positive indicators of profitability, liquidity, profitability, indebtedness and value generation, in addition to its good operating potential for growth -- Finally, the value of the company is estimated using the discounted free cash flow method and it is concluded with value recommendations to the Administration
