    An approximation to the state of progress on research related to dextrophobia is presented. For its development, the review of postgraduate degree works, books and scientific articles was made to account for the variables general purpose of the investigation, conceptual references, types of study, participating subjects, information collection techniques, type of design. It was found that there are no conclusive results on the investigated phobia and it has not been addressed in depth in any research reviewed.
