Colombian companies are suitable to enter the US market due to their experience in large-scale projects. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the possibility for two Colombian construction companies to enter the US market with the aim of establishing a new company focused on the real estate flipping business. The UNIDO methodology will be used to evaluate factors such as market analysis, technical analysis, economic analysis, financial analysis, social analysis, environmental analysis, and risk. The purpose is to provide a clear perspective on the feasibility of this expansion, identifying essential elements for Colombian construction companies to make strategic and informed decisions when seeking opportunities in the United States.
