Ítem Análisis de inversiones sostenibles en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Marín Quiroga, Jorge Enrique; Howard Hernández, Rachel Catalina; Vergara Garavito, Judith CeciliaSocial responsibility and its close relationship with the economic and financial behavior of the multiple investments that are traded daily in the different markets, has been one of the concepts that are being included in the different analyzes for investor decision-making due to to the environmental, social and corporate governance approach (Responsible Investments). The so-called green bonds are attractive to investors, mainly due to the fulfillment of the UN's sustainable development objectives, which imply strengthening the responsible growth of their banks and improving their corporate image. Sustainable investments would imply more competitive interest rates in the market for investors. Colombia will improve its image before entities such as the IDB and IFC by demonstrating that it is managing sustainable projects and in this way it will attract the attention of foreign investors who buy responsible investments as a requirement of many funds worldwide. Esas circunstancias se analizan como “fallos de mercado”, y se resumen generalmente en cinco grandes grupos: poder de mercado, asimetría de información, externalidades, bienes públicos y mercados incompletos. The project idea arises from the experience of Dr. Maria Camila Franco, who is a pediatrician by profession, sister and future investment partner. The project aims to set up a multidisciplinary care center that will provide the city with a unified and quality care space for children, which will be profitable for investors and socially inclusive by providing subsidized care for low-income children. Most of the SMEs have the same problems, short-term vision, low investment level, low projection, a market with high tax rates, lack of demand and high competition. The objective of the investigation is to know the lines of action that Psicotec In must follow for the 2025 scenario, in such a way that it allows it to differentiate itself from the competition, grow in the market and have sustainability. The Delphi methodology will be used, it will serve as a predictive model of a possible 5-year trend on how the evolution of Psicotec In could be managed, its transformation and positioning that supports the design of strategies in a combination of market experience, vision of new services and implementation of technological tools. A panel of 7 experts was selected, comprising company personnel and external persons with extensive knowledge in the industry that is being targeted, to carry out the consultation in 2 phases. As part of the findings of this research and the conclusions generated, there is a high level of convergence by the panel of experts on some lines of action. This happened in great measure thanks to the efforts of markets, such as the USA market, to remain open. Preserved roses are a new and trendy product in the global floral market which as of relatively recently was discovered by the US market. The following investigation was executed due to the necessity of the preserved roses brand RoseAmor to catch the attention of floral consumers in Chicago, Illinois, where the brand has little presence. The final consumer of floral products in this city was studied in order to analyze if the flower industry is meeting with their demands and expectations. The tools they use during their purchase process were also studied. This investigation revolves around the final consumer and it used both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results indicate that this niche has great potential, even though consumers do not seem to be fully familiar with the product’s attributes.
