    The Crystal group is a company in the textile sector dedicated to the commercialization of its own brands, the company has different business units that cover the entire production, logistics and commercialization process as a competitive factor, the organization is leveraged on technological tools that help compliance of the organizational strategy. Due to problems in communication in project management, there is a need to structure a Technology Project Management Office, to generate value through support for project management, for this reason the research that describes this work seeks to optimize project resources. To reach this end, a diagnosis must be made with a maturity model through the application of an instrument to know the current state of the organization; define a type of project management office (hereinafter PMO) based on the results of the maturity model instrument and on the company's background and establish the components, functions and metrics of the PMO.
