Ítem Análisis del impacto del nivel de transformación digital en la ventaja competitiva de las pymes en Colombia(2018) Pérez Villamizar, Javier Andrés; Mejía Rojas, Mauricio; Alzate Tobón, Gabriel Jaime; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoÍtem Diagnóstico de nivel de madurez de la gerencia de proyectos de I+D+I en Cotecmar(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Angulo Carvajal, Vanessa; Flórez Ramos, Rodrigo José; Zartha Sossa, Jhon WilderThe objective of this research is to measure the level of maturity in the management of R+D+i projects in the company Cotecmar. Given that no standardized methodology was found, for this measurement it was necessary to develop an instrument based on practices extracted from the PMI’s PMBOK Guide, version 7, to make a literature review of R+D+i projects (bibliographic search through the use of Boolean operators) and to consolidate the opinions of 17 experts in Cotecmar. After the elaboration of the instrument, a confirmation of one-dimensionality and reliability was carried out. This validation yielded acceptable parameters as a result. For the design of the instrument, a Likert scale that allows a quantitative assessment of the measurement criteria that make up the instrument was used. As a result of the application of the instrument, it was possible to diagnose the level of maturity of the R&D+i project management in Cotecmar, which yielded a general maturity level of 1, which means a common immaturity, which means that the practices evaluated within the Corporation are formally implemented, but these are not controlled, measured, or continuously improved. One of the main recommendation of this research suggests to updating Cotecmar's R&D+I Project Management Manual, in order to improve its level of maturity starting from the current level. Two of the limitations found correspond to the impossibility of finding an adequate instrument to measure the maturity of R&D&i project management and to the low number of experts consulted during the application of the designed instrument, 17 in total, and to the double participation of 5 experts in the exercises of prioritization and evaluation of congruence and relevance. Finally, this investigative process is expected not only to serve as a consultation tool for Cotecmar, but also as a refence for assessing management of R+D+i projects, by designing and implementing a tool that is capable of measuring maturity in this area of knowledge.Ítem Diseño de la oficina de gestión de proyectos (PMO) para Enka de Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Rodríguez Zuleta, Walder Rafael; Martínez Álvarez, Edwin Javier; Garnica Barraza, Ernesto JoséIn the development of this work, a design of a Project Management Office (PMO) is proposed for ENKA DE COLOMBIA, the leading company in the recycling of postconsumer PET bottles in the country, with a path close to 60 years. The proposed design will provide a series of tools for its practicality in the application, this development is based on the identification of the most appropriate maturity model for the characteristics of the company, based on a series of defined metrics The implementation of this PMO will optimize the development of the projects, being these more efficient in the management of both economic and human resources, reaching all areas of the organization and the projects that can not be alligned to the business core, as is currently done. All the content of this work is the reflection of the knowledge acquired in the Master of Project Management at EAFIT University and the complement of concepts extracted in research, in order to optimize the application of this and future PMOs.Ítem Evaluación del desempeño de lean construction(Revista Espacios, 2017-01-01) Cano S.; Botero L.; Rivera L.; Universidad EAFIT. Departamento de Ingeniería Civil; Gestión de la ConstrucciónThe Lean Construction (LC) Implementing require assessing process to know the performance of the construction project's production system and identifying its opportunities for improvement. Through a mapping study the available literature on LC assessment initiatives is structured and analyzed. Research gaps are identified. The objective of this work is to evaluate the maturity of the current logistical model of the National Police from the missionary unit of the “Miguel Antonio Lleras Pizarro” Police Graduate School; entity that is currently in a process of continuous improvement in the consolidation of its logistics chain, this situation has generated, among other aspects, the need to have an evaluation of its logistics model that allows to develop improvement actions and clarify aspects associated with maturity. A maturity assessment of your logistics chain makes it easier to establish which elements of your current system are at the forefront with the needs of your customers, as well as the conditions that require improvement actions and for further maturation.
