Furthermore, the proper functioning of the teams will allow UNIPAZ's missionary activities, teaching, research and social outreach to be carried out normally. All of the above, motivates the use of a computer tool to automate the registration of maintenance and asset management information that facilitates and guarantees tasks in order to significantly reduce duplication of information, improve the quality of processes , facilitate access to information in an agile, timely and reliable way, and increase productivity.
