Publicación La asignación de recursos a los medios alternativos, independientes, comunitarios y ciudadanos de Medellín : actores, política pública y tensión(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Arboleda Gómez, Andrés EstebanThe objective of the research is to present an analysis of the Public Policy of the MAICC (Alternative, Independent, Community and Citizen Media of Medellín), based on its actors, background and proposals, seeking to compare the perception of the officials of the mayor's office , as well as leaders of the MAICC. For this, the methodology used is based on open interviews with the actors involved, legal documents, publications and systematization of distribution criteria.
